✔️ 2 ½ cups (310g) all-purpose flour
✔️ 2 ½ tsp baking powder
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
✔️ 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
✔️ 4 large eggs
✔️ 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
✔️ 1 cup (240ml) whole milk

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch (23cm) cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3️⃣ Cream Butter and Sugar

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
